Production turnaround begins once payment for your order has been received, all necessary details have been provided, and we have usable art files.

Delivery times for custom items can vary between 20 to 60 days, depending on the type of request.

To ensure that we can meet these timeframes, please approve all specification sheets as soon as possible and avoid making changes to your order after payment. Any changes made after payment will cause delays.

Yes, delivery times for non-VMF products, such as CCM, depend on the supplier’s availability and cannot be cancelled.

Screen printing requires a setup process that takes time and effort. The cost of this setup is spread out when printing larger quantities of shirts, making it more affordable. However, printing just one shirt would still require the same setup, resulting in high costs. We have a minimum order requirement of 16 shirts for screen printing and 6 shirts for sublimation printing.

At VMF Sportswear, we have no setup fees or hidden fees. The price we quote to you is the final cost, and there will be no additional charges unless there are changes to the specifications of the order.

If you provide us with a low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry file, please note that your printed goods will reflect these issues. The final product will have the same shortcomings as the file provided. While we excel at our work, we are not magicians. We will be honest with you and collaborate to achieve the highest quality product possible.

From the moment the shipment is entrusted to the courier, VMF Sportswear is no longer responsible for the order, and no requests can be made, such as refunds or order repetitions, in case of loss. Please contact the courier, and any new order must be repaid.

Although we quality check all products before we ship them to you.

Just in case, if your VMF-branded products have manufacturing defects, please let us know within 10 business days of receiving them. If there’s an issue, VMF Sportswear will replace the product with a new one.

For non-VMF products, please communicate the issue within 10 business days, and we will forward the claim to the manufacturer for exchange; however, it will be their responsibility to accept or deny the request.

If you require a faster turnaround time than what is listed above, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that there may be an additional 5% charge for rushed orders.

Unless stated otherwise by VMF Sportswear, all payments must be made in full upfront. The items we produce are custom printed based on your specifications, and once printed, they are no longer usable to us. They cannot be returned to the supplier for a refund, nor can we resell them as they feature your artwork. This is the reason we necessitate advance payment.

For the same reason, if you choose to cancel your custom order after it has been placed, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are applicable solely for non-custom items if the items are not delivered within the agreed timeframe.

The refund for team and direct orders are sent back to the same credit card or email address (for e-transfers) that were used to process the order.

The refund takes 15 to 25 working days and is issued by the payment gateway, not directly by VMF Sportswear.

All payments are processed online through our portal. All online transactions are conducted using SSL encryption technology. We do not store any payment information in our system, including credit card numbers, to guarantee the security of your information. Our top priority is to protect our customers from any unforeseen vulnerabilities in our system, so you can be confident that your information is secure with us! For credit card transactions, a fee of 3.5% will be charged. Alternatively, you can make online transfers.

Screen printing is not an exact science. Due to various factors, some within our control and others beyond it, there are instances where shirts may fail to meet our Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Shirts with manufacturing defects such as holes, stains, bolt marker marks, or rips, as well as those with production defects like ghosting, ink smears, or misprints, are usually removed from the production batch. However, please rest assured that any shirts that are shorted from your order will be credited back to you. If, by any chance, any quality defects slip through our inspection process, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

The client acknowledges that they have all the licenses and rights to the images they wish to print, thereby releasing VMF Sportswear from any legal liability regarding copyright issues. VMF Sportswear claims no ownership of any artwork provided by the client that may be subject to copyright infringement. We are solely responsible for printing the artwork. The client asserts full ownership of the artwork they wish to print and will be held accountable for any copyright disputes.
